This regimental number seems to refer to a Frederick J Wathen. You can download his medal record from documentsonline -£3.50 to download. Probably won't give you much info, though. What is it you want to find out?

I just have a medal from the great war and just wanted to find out his service record and really who he was in connection to my family. Thanks for your help yet again
