Hi Jane I was a Germaney before marrying, my family come from Kent. Most were fishermen, and the spelling of the name had to variations Germany and Germaney. I am still trying to find a link to the Norfolk Germany's if there is one. Love to hear from you Shirley

Hi

My great great grandmother was Phoebe Germany - from Norfolk (Norwich possibly - the census entry is illegible) and she married James (K)nobbs in 1834 at Heogham St Bartholmew, Norfolk.

As yet, I have been unable to find a baptism or anything else.
Still searching!!
