How do I find a birth certificate for Frederick or anything on his father. I think I have his mother as Mary Hulbert but can't find any marriage.

Did Frederick marry? If so his marriage cert will give his fathers name and occupation.

What an idiot I am. Yes he did marry and I know his wife's maiden name. I just got mentally hooked up on his place of birth.
I did wonder if british forces overseas births were recorded in England as they seem to consider where they were British sovereign territory.
Anyway thanks for the hint, I'll go searching for the marriage certificate.
