Walter Hewes was born in Brinsley, Notts in 1885, son of Joseph and Emily. He married Gertrude Murfitt in 1908 and had children Sidney (1909), Doris (1911, d. same year), Walter (1913), Lucy (1915) and Maisie (1917), all b. Brinsley. Does anyone know anything about these children and their families? |

Do your records go back? I have a g.g.grandmother Evelyn Hewes (b. 1800) married to Bartholemew Bellamy in 1820 |
