Hi I am Raymond Mark McIvor I am trying to build my family tree with no great luck at the moment. Does anyone out there have any information to help me.Alexander Edward McIvor was my dad he died in 1993 in Taunton Somerset he was 68.His date of birth was 26 sep 1924 he told me he was from a large family I only met one uncle he was Sinclair Hallam McIvor born in 1915-1985 he died in Northampton but I remember visiting him when I was very young in a place called Cross in Hand West Sussex he was a charcoal maker then I don,t know when he moved or if all the family went with him or not.I am not getting anyway with my search even on Scotlandspeople site.PLEASE PLEASE can you help in my quest.
