Ofcourse ----According to" the elders " She smothered herself OR Did someone else smother her ie her Husband. She was a drunk I have been led to believe, and that is why I want to find her, so that I can get her Death certificate, to prove one way or the other if she committed suicied or was murdered.

fyi, this is Arthur in 1901:

Name: Arthur Albert Honey
Age: 12
Estimated Birth Year: abt 1889
Relation: Son
Father's Name: George
Mother's Name: Charlotte
Gender: Male
Where born: Clapham, London, England

Civil Parish: Battersea
Ecclesiastical parish: St Andrew
County/Island: London
Country: England

Registration district: Wandsworth
Sub-registration district: East Battersea
ED, institution, or vessel: 33
Household schedule number: 43

Alice Maud Honey 4
Arthur Albert Honey 12
Charlotte Honey 41
Ethel Rensberg Honey 10 months
Florance May Honey 8
George Honey 43
George Thomas Honey 14

I'm curious about those twins having the same middle initials: WG. Checked the image, and that's what they are (wondered whether someone had transposed one to the other when transcribing, but the names are separated by quite a few others).

William George and Wilhelmina Georgina? Not seeing any family surnames they might represent. Charlotte Honey was a Swinden, e.g.:

Marriages Sep 1882
** Honey George Lambeth 1d 803
Martin John Samuel Lambeth 1d 803
** SWINDEN Charlotte Lambeth 1d 803
WIGHTON Constance Emily Lambeth 1d 803

(You can search at www.freebmd.org.uk for names that appear together on a page, so I searched for George Honey marrying a Charlotte. The twins' birth was at FreeBMD, btw; not yet in the database at Ancestry.)

I did look, under Bailey and then under Honey, but nothing. Since those kids were born in 1919, any death would not yet be transcribed, I imagine -- only two quarters of 1919 and nothing beyond, so far, it seems.

I'm going to leave you to scrounge through the untranscribed images if you care to. ;)

Do report back, if it's the right one! (Just post here and the thread will pop back up. I hate PMs ...)

Oh -- and will you tell us what these mysterious circumstances were??

Only one May Bailey married in Wandsworth district between 1902 and 1922 (as so far transcribed):

Name: May Bailey + Arthur A Honey
Year of Registration: 1915
Quarter of Registration: Jul-Aug-Sep
Spouse's Surname: Honey
District: Wandsworth
County: Greater London, London, Surrey
Volume: 1d
Page: 1422

Wouldn't that be the obvious one to try?

(I tried to check whether she was still living in Battersea in 1901, but Ancestry decided to throw a moronic fit about that census year, and refuse to give results for England.)

I don't even see a May Bailey - Reeve marriage in that time period.

I'd try that one.

There are two births to go with, as so far transcribed:

Arthur W G Honey 1919 Oct-Nov-Dec Bailey Wandsworth Greater London, London, Surrey

May W G Honey 1919 Oct-Nov-Dec Bailey Wandsworth Greater London, London, Surrey

Twins, it seems!
