Member Since: March 2005 Posts: 1 Send Message	I am looking for info on my G-G-Grandfather, Charles Rolls. Charles is a bit of a dead end in my tree - there was no Father listed on his birth certificate, I suspect he took the name Rolls from his Step-father Thomas. Charles' mother's name was Jessie Cummings, born 1841 in Wheeo NSW Australia. The other theory I have is that Thomas & Jessie were involved prior to getting married and as such Charles could be Thomas' biological son. 	Hi Naomi, ........... The NSW BMD shows Jessie Cummings had 2 chn prior to her marriage: (1866 to Thomas Rolls at Binalong). ............. 1862 Charles Cummings at Goulburn..and 1864 William J Cummings at Yass. (Thomas & Jessie both had Thomas 1866 Annie 1868 Andrew 1872 and Ernest 1878) Regards- Valerie (WA)
