i did not know if you could check the 1841 census for sarah brears born 1811 yorkshire to see if samuel was living with her |

i did notice that on 1881 census there was a fred thompson father was septimus i wondered if they was related being as potty found them on 1861 with a septimus and martha josuha. |

Potty having looked at the image I would say that he is his brother. Arthur is married to the daughter of the Ward's. |

Can't find a Brears/Thompson marriage but the Martha in the 1891 and the one in the 1861 were both born 1841 in Norton, Yorkshire. |

Joshua in 1861 - image says 12 not 2 for age. He has a sister Martha, so if we can find a Martha Thompson/Samuel Brears marriage the Arthur in Thorpe in 1891 would be very possible: |
