and then ancestry decided to mess me around .... took me automatically into their new search system, which I don't like and didn't want.

I couldn't get out of it, so had to set it up afresh in my Favourites list

No reply to my pm. She may, of course, be on holiday/ill/busy or just left GR. Mind you, I think she would have said if leaving. Wonder what she would have made of the New Look???
