If I were to ask for the same sort of thing from earlier periods at some point would you be able to do that?

hes too late to be on the burial index,shropshire only goes to 1837.

ive look at ancestry after 1891 but nothing that would match , and ive look ed at the national burial index, not in there either...sorry let me know if i can help with anything else..

I am trying to find the burial place of my Great Great Grandfather, James Mills, born in Upton Magna in around 1820 -23. 1841 census has him aged 18. He moved to the West Midlands for work after losing his first wife and remarried. Last census return has him back in Shropshire at Wombridge in 1891.

Thanks Jen, I was hoping to see if Sarah was buried in Ladlow. You already gave me Sarah Pitt buried in 1834 before. Her husband was Benjamin.

Because I am trying to find out if Benjamin Pitt was re-married to Elizabeth Downes in 1819 in Ladlow but Sarah was died in 1834. It is difficult to find out.

Further to my question on 30th January re the Fletcher family, thanks very much for the reply, Jenny. I realised that most of them were close to the "cut off date" but I thought there may have been members of the family who died early before the 1841 census. Anyway, thank you for your reply.

We're particularly looking for dates between 1680 -1790 and the areas of Clun/ Clunbury/ Bucknell and the areas in and surrounding Ludlow.
I know it's a big ask, but we've had a brick wall with these Anthony's for a fair few years, maybe it can shed some light for us
