Lisa J in California

There appears to be descendants of the brothers in British Columbia. If you contact them, they might know something about Isabella. I tried to check the British Columbia Vital Records, but the search isn't working right now:
http://www.bcarchives.gov.bc.ca/textual/governmt/vstats/v_events.htm#indexes

There are 15 Fallowfields in British Columbia:
http://www.411.com/

You might also find descendants on some of the sites I've listed.

Hi Lisa,

Sorry been on the hunt and should have said, I am in touch with Fallowfields in Canada but they know nothing about "my " side of the family..they knew there was a Thomas, Margaret and Isabella but not where they fit in....

They are all from the first "lot" over there..Isabella's brother's and had no idea she was possibly a sister!!...so that's what I'm now trying to get to the bottom of...

Thank you for all the info...it all help's solve this mystery.

Thank you for the update. I will continue to look around. Perhaps somewhere there might be reference to Searey or a similar spelling.

I am also checking in America, in case I can find her here.

Do not see the Graham's in 1920.

There is a J.P. Graham in 1910, but he is a boarder and not living on 79th Street. He was born in England, c1867, single, immigrated 1900 occupation: Laborer, Street..

Also two John P. Graham's; neither one on 79th Street. Several Graham's with varying first names. Did not check for their addresses.

Do not see Isabella coming into the States. I do see a couple of immigration records coming in the UK for I. Searcy.

Do not see any Isabella/Isabelle, born c1861 (+ or - 5 years) arriving in America in 1902 or 1908. Looked for Atkinson, Fallowfield and Searcy (various spellings) surname.

Just looked for immigration records for Isabel for the above dates, not using a surname. Did not see her.

Hello again, Misty,
That death of Isabel Searcy was on this site:

http://www.bcarchives.gov.bc.ca/textual/governmt/vstats/v_events.htm

And I believe you can order the certificate here:

http://www.vs.gov.bc.ca/

I have never done so. I think the cost is $27. Canadian. (about 13 -14 pounds.)

Mistycat Report 9 Feb 2009 23:05

:) Vivienne...I thought for some reason (no idea why) you were Canadian...I guess maybe your not, strange, how one can make a different life for someone just by looking at a screen.....:)

Just an update

Have had an e-mail from Mrs Fallowfield in Canada, the death for Isabelle in 1946 is correct...she appears to have had two girl's..Madge and Mae..taken from her obit..is buried at Ocean View Cemetery, Burnaby, BC...no more known about girl's or Isabelle.

Off for a scout around

Hello Margaret...hope your well

Thank you for that...shall get onto it

As you can see yet another Fallowfield run around...heck, they did like to make life difficult..I'm hell bent on proving this Isabelle is the mother of Thomas.

Have you seen Dea around recently?
