Ah so i believe this indicates that one or both at time of marriage were minors if they needed parental consent - was the age of consent 21 or 25 in those days

Thought these maybe connected as your Thomas was according to 1851 census from Blackrod and was burried there 13/1/1852 which was 2 days after the birth of Annie/Nancy born 11.1.1852.

Tree on Ancestry has Oliver Hollinsworth born 1823 in Over Hulton Bolton Lancs to William Hollinswroth.
So there is another connection maybe for Esther and Deane By Bolton,if this Oliver is the same one.

Oliver married Jane Howcroft in 1844 and William was a blacksmith.

Daniel 1826 a collier he is the Dan 1824,he married Mary Ann Hooton in 1854 she already had margaret hooton 1846
Betsey hooton 1850.
Betsey married Edward Lord and had @ 11 kids one being Esther Lord born 1892.
