..since we appear to be in pedantic mode..It's not Chesselton..nor is it Chelleston....but Chellaston.......and from my Parish Records I don't think William Pearson was born there..or at least he wasn't baptised there...bearing in mind of course that Parish Records give Baptisms, not Births.

hope anyone out there ny info on sarah pearson do not know maiden name born in west indies abt 1818, she was married to william pearson , when he retired from army they lived at chelleston in derbyshire in the 1851 census sarah was my g g grandmother, thanks for any help dorothy teresa
