I have searched using lots of variations so I am not sure that you will find her.

I searched using year of birth and Reading.
Nothing

However I am certain that is her 1891 which means you have a record of her existence prior to her marriage.

Had a little bit of luck with her death year, though I can't find a reference to it yet.

Her daughter Winifred was only 2 when Georgina died. Winifred was born in December 1912 (registered 1913).

Thanks for all the help

Made wonderful progress with this direct Fyfield family.

I thank you all soooooo much for your help. I am still not sure how you do this for 'novices', giving so much access to a great resource, but my thanks should be echoed all across this forum.

Again thanks.

all the people who helped you on this thread, and who help on all other threads on the boards, are members, just like yourself, but with a little more expertise, and subscriptions to other sites that may be more helpful. We also know of other sites where information might be found, many of them free.

In fact, all of the information found for you on this thread was found on sites other than GR, sites on which those members had their own subscriptions.

Most of us are Standard members, which allows us to have our own trees, post on these boards and send messages to other members.

NONE of us are supported in any way by Genes Reunited, and GR do not have any paid staff working on these boards or giving genealogy help.

so that is how so much help can be given to novices

............. it is members helping members, for free!

So sorry for the late reply. The fact that you all do this without reward has given me such hope for folks in general. I, myself, do try to give information in whatever capacity I am able, so it is heartening to know this great 'community' of volunteers helps us 'newbies' (not my phrase) to at least get something out of the geneology experience. I can only thank everyone again.

I did, of course, mean everyone who has helped either myself or others. Checking out the forums (boards) I can see that is quite a lot of help from you all. Hope everyone appreciates it.

You gave me such a lot of help and made the GR experience a good one. Many, many thanks.
