Could you please tell us Henry's occupation at the time of his marriage?

And the names of the witnesses...........

With regard to his age......was his bride a lot younger than him?

A 'deceased' father on a marriage cert is sometimes invented to save face.

Henry was in the army. 'Private 8th Battalion Lincoln Regiment'
Witnesses were J F May, Jane Laura Dans or Oans.

Helen's age is given as 19 years so she's not a lot younger than him.

It occured to me, maybe the father was invented. I remember from our last correspondence-there was a Frank Houchin in the orphanage with a Henry Houchin.
