After making enquires within the family I THINK that the sister may have been born before the marriage and its even possible by a different father or mother Can anyone help please

There are no other children for this couple that I can see.
It was unusual back then not to have a few but these things happened even then. will looks to see if there is one mistranscribed.

Edit - No still cannot find one
