You order from the General Register Office known as the GRO

www.gro.gov.uk
You have to register ,free the follow the ordering pages. On the first page where it asks if the GRO ref is known you tick the yes box then all thats needed the the type of cert ie birth , marriage or death ,the name and the the GRO ref filled in where asked for

The GRO ref is for example for Victors death in 1967

This will identify the cert . Certs cost £9.25 each pymt by debit or credit card .

Only buy from the GRO not other sites who charge you more and only get em from the GRO anyway.

Some local Register Offices will also supply cost about the same but the GRO ref isnt any use to them as its the GRO's own filing record number

If this is your family then buying one of the birth certs will give you both parents names. If the mum was Elizabeth Teasdale the the marriage cert should give you her dads name and Victors dad too , if known

Looks as if you need to buy some certs . Have you bought any so far ? Do you know where to buy them ??
