	Joy - thanks for the URL - the only similar one I'd come across was: http://www.digitalarchives.wa.gov/ Here, as you see there's no image of the d.cert: LastName FirstName MiddleName DeathYear County Image Exists Smith Jacob 1913 Statewide N / A Here's my transcription of one look up at Joy's URL: Roswell Henry Stevens (occup=carpenter), d 5/2/1947 @ Ogden - usual res=Morgan, Morgan Co b 10/10/1864 @ Morgan UT, h/o Sarah Jane Hemming s/o Roswell Stevens (pob=Enterprise UT) & Mary Ann Peterson (POB=NJ) . One oddity - under informant's signature is typed "Pre arranged records" with informant's addy=Morgan UT. I've never seen this before - I wonder if he was his own informant, knowing he'ld never leave the hospital.

It's currently free to join. I've just been looking at a photo of Parley on there ........ Strongly recommend you do that because there's LOADS of info.
