On Ann's marriage certificate, what is shown as her father Michael's occupation?

Moira,
I do not have Ann's Mothers name, a cousin of my Dad's said the maiden name of Ann's Mother was Leahy or Feahy (spelling could be slightly different) but as he is very old he could be mistaken!! I have not been able to find a marriage to a Michael O'Connor or Conners though!! :-(

Because the census was not taken on the same date every 10 years the ages do differ here are the dates I have been given
1841 06/06
1851 30/03
1861 07/04
1871 02/04
1881 03/04
1891 05/04
1901 31/03
It is also possible that the birth was in Ireland and the family came over to Liverpool after the birth,do you have Ann's mothers name?

Moira,
that is definately my gt gt Grandparents, but finding this other baby is proving a mystery!! I can't even find Ann's birth, she was supposed to be born in Liverpool, my Aunt says Bootle, but her ages on census records and her marriage don't always add up!! On her marriage certificate her Father's name is Michael O'Connor, but I have searched for a marriage for Michael and Ann's Mother and also a birth for Ann, Both in vain!!

You will have to buy the cert unless you can find a burial or baptism for him

Teresa Report 19 May 2012 17:46

In the 1911 census my gt gt Grandmother filled in more information than needed as she was already widowed, but the interesting thing was there was another child born alive before 1911 but must have died quite young, because I have quite a lot of information about the family and have found all others. I have found on BMD a birth for Joseph Marsh June 1879 in Blackburn and death March 1880 Blackburn, wondered if anyone can get information to see if the parents were Edward Marsh and Ann, because I don't want to get the certificate if it is not our Joseph. They had two other children born in Blackburn and the rest in East Retford. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :-(
