Hi
Can anyone help me with William STONE c1836 born Bristol Gloucestershire. I can only find him on the 1881 census. On this census he is married to Margaret c1838 born Derbyshire with 4 children Francis 1872, Joseph 1866 ,Margaret 1868 and George 1864 all born in India. As they married in India in 1866 and had all 4 children in India, i am unsure where to go next. As there are a few William Stone born i Bristol i have not been able to match him up to his parents family on either 1841,1851 or 1861 census . It looks like his was living in India when it was the 1871. Nor have i found him on the 1891,1901 or 1911 census. At this time i do not even have a death for them as i have no ideal when they died due to not being able to find them on the census. i do no know why they where in living in India?
Does anyone know if India Birth certificate have mothers maiden name on them as that would help me to find Margaret maiden name or if the marriage have the fathers name as that would help me with both William and Margaret parents.
Any help to trace any information would be a great help

Yes this is the correct family on the 1881 census living in Bristol, but this is the only census i have found them on,

I do not know if they had a son William as he was not on the 1881 census but i will make a note of this. I am sure that there was another William and Margaret that married and had children in India around the same time.

Do you have any ideal as to how to find William and Margaret on either 1891, 1901 or 1911 census so i may be able to find there deaths
Or
regarding any information on the Indian certificates
which will help me to find them on 1841,1851 of 1861 census

I have had a look on Familysearch.org but can't get a marriage up in India. I got those baptisms and births from there. Had a look on Ancestry and there is one tree with him in and I am wondering if thats anything to do with you?

i have not got a tree on Ancestry as i have it on here The person on Ancestry have not gone back on further then i have as i have spoken to them in the past, so was unable to help me.
I also got the baptisms details from Familysearch.org

I can't find a blimmin thing!!!!!
You would think we would find him on the 1841 butthey were not very informative on that census and they rounded the ages up to the nearest 5 years or so.
