Hi Ann

Many, Many thanks for the info - it would appear that there is a James & Ann Nash and also a Richard & Mary Nash - with their families, in Dymock C 1841.

It is their 1841 census info that would now be a great help to me if possible.

I thought that by finding other / all the Nash families in 1841 Dymock, might be a good start point in the correct identification of MY James Nash - father Richard.

If we also know the street address & perhaps neighbours ( in case they were witnesses at wedding etc ) - I might be able to build up a better picture.

1841 census does not give relationships i'm afraid

Gillian

Gillian Report 28 Oct 2013 12:59

oh - what a shame - thanks anyway Maddie.

I do believe that there may be a Sandford connection to the Nash family, so I wonder who John Nash is in relations to the sandfords here?

Any other NASH family in Dymock in 1841?? I am really looking for James' parents.....
