"Winifred Lilian" died in Westcliffe Hospital, Wescliffe on Sea (now known as Southend Hospital) - I have obtained their address from the website and will be writing to them ASAP. Thank you for the advice re the Census returns. I was aware that first names can be changed as the individual wishes. I think Georgina Lilian was her real name based on two marriage certificates, nine birth certificates, baptism records, my father's military record and numerous voting returns. That is not to say that she was born with another name!! I will keep trying and hopefully one day I will be able to post something in the "Success stories!" Gary
