Deceasedon line has given me their dates of death. Later in this week when I am at the local library I will look for their death obituaries in the local papers. I have a photograph of his gravestone in the local cemetery.

You are quite right, I am not reading the obvious. If they had been by his second wife it would have been Cordukes.

But he didn't marry Clarice till 1951

The children's birth records show mothers maiden name as Castles which is Miriam's maiden name

Shirley, the two closed records will be the other two children by his second marriage
That is his second marriage to Clarice, Margery is their daughter
