Hello - I am hoping to find some information about my grandfather, John Arthur Ford - born c1884 in London to John and Mary (Gillham) Ford - as per the information passed down. I have been unable to find a conclusive birth certificate - or marriage record for John and Mary - with the details I have. He emigrated to Australia in approx 1910 - worked his passage by ship. His marriage certificate (to Ethel Wigglesworth) in Sydney in 1920 states both parents were dead. I am unsure how much of this information is correct. Any information or suggestions would be very much appreciated. Kind regards ... Sue Kennedy |
