Blast, I've just noticed that Henry Walker with the marriage of 1905 to Lilian Nicholson does not fit as it states Henry's father was a Henry Walker. My Henry's father was a Frederick Cooper Liles. I was just getting excited. Sorry Austin Q.

Wow what a find. So far as I know he was born Henry Liles but all the information I have about Henry Walker Liles fits in ie his mother being Caroline Liles. It is odd though as most of the other children were named something Cooper Liles after the father. I'm going to check these out now. Thanks again for your input.

Kathryn- I've sent you the 1924 article- there are a few snippets in the papers, but mainly just reporting on trouble within the pub.

I've checked the electoral registers and don't see her mother living with her, so I'm presuming she was just staying there at the time of the incident.

Thank you all for your replies. I have these people on my tree on Ancestry if you need to look. Bryant Family Tree. Am still stumped with Lilian's maiden name and a possible marriage for her and Henry. I've tried searching for their marriage (obviously under Henry's name but still can't find it). Assuming of course they did actually marry. I know in 1911 it stated also that they didn't have any children. I've also searched under Lilian Liles for a marriage in case she had the same surname. No joy.

There's an article in the paper 1924 that states Lilian's mother was also living with her.
