I have a Marianna Cottee born c1853 daughter of Thomas and Sarah Brasted both born 1818 . Toms parents Joseph 1792-1843 and Lucy(Pickman) c1818-c1855 both of Maldon Essex if that's any help. Her elder sister was Mary Sarah c1847. |

I am trying to establish if Anna Cottee, born 1846, Maldon, Essex is related. She liked to be known as Mary, and married David Slade on 29/3/1863. Marriage took place St. Pancras Old Chruch, London, where she lived at that time. Apparently her family also lived at Rettendon, nr Chelmsford Essex, and her grandfather ? worked as a gardener there. Does anyone have any leads please? Sandie |
