Janet I have a couple of William Rice's in my tree. One was born 1805 in Devon. The next was born in Somerset and married an ANNE Williams in Pembrey, Wales. Now it would seem this family weren't well behaved and kept changing their names so without looking at your tree, it's a bit difficult to say. Don't recognise Gwendillian though but I haven't researched all William's children's children

Janet

Have checked my 5 William Rices. 3 were born in Wales and the other two were from Honiton on Otter, Devon and Cullompton, Devon.
