my granddad was John bolger taws, he had 5 brothers william (bill) edward (ted) thomas (tommy or sonny) terrence (terry) and frederick (brian) all born between 1921 and 1934 they had a half sisiter jean taws born 1937 last known living in canada. all born in the shields area

the parents of the boys were edward best taws and catherine hedley. and jeans parents were the same father but mother was vera frances hogson. i have taws' going back to 1770 on my tree

Hi My name is Eunice Sneddon(Nee Taws) I was born in North Shelds. My father was George and my mother Edith. My father had a brother - Billy and two sisters Belle(Isobel) and Irene. Irene is still alive and lives in Tynemouth.My grandfather was William Corner Taws and my grandmother Annie Dale Taws. My Grandfather had 6 brothersand 3 sisters.
