Unsure! My grandfather Charles Crofts had a brother Joseph born1869. They had a sister Mary born 1860 so names may ave been carried on. But mainly hail from Northamtonshire

Hi
As a child I remember an aunt Mary living either in Broughton or Hawarden - some sort of relative. I am the daughter of Frank Croft who was the son of Robert Croft(s) somewhere along the line the 's' was dropped!! we only ever visited Flintshire when someone in my parents family died so I have very little information about my relations there. There was a Jane Croft great aunt of my father who was related to Jospeh Crofts a labourer from Buckley - we must be related in someway

I am trying to trace my grandmother's family. Her name was Mary Crofts and was married to Thomas John Hayes on 1 Jan 1903 at the Primitive Methodist Tabernacle, Buckley, Hawarden. Her father was Joseph Crofts (General Labourer) and her address on the marriage certificate is shown as Rose Cottage, Broughton. One of their witnesses was Jane Crofts (Sister ?). I believe Thomas had a sister Hannah, and for some time they both lived with their uncle, Edward Davies, in Victoria Road, Buckley. If anybody can help
