Teresa,
My mother in law Pat was the child of Thomas Chermside and Cecilia (Cissie) Margaret Adnams nee Grimes.
Her first husband was George Adnams born 4Q 1877 Wantage 2c 312 who she married 28 Mar 1914 at Wantage 2c 588 but he died shortly afterwards on 18 Nov 1915 at Bradfield 2c 441 from aortic disease aged 38 . He was a professional soldier a Pvt in 10th Reserve Cavalry and lived at Field Barn, Streatley Bradfield at the time of his death.

My main interest is Cecilia because she placed Pat into care in c 1922 and later her husband Thomas commited suicide in 1925. I've found out all about him but have little about her.

John
Notts.
