Hi, my husbands nan , annie audrey hymas was born in that area in 1904, so far we havent found any family, although there was a joe and a burt, but we do not know what side of the family they came from, she married a mr jacobs and had 2 children, dennis and joyce, please let us know if you find a connection. good luck |

Hi i am trying to find any info on rosetta(rose) hymas brn bishopsgate london 1865, father was christopher brn gt baddow essex abt 1845 and mother ellen brn bishopsgate london abt 1846, her siblings were christopher brn 1868 shoreditch, ann brn 1880 shoreditch, ellen brn 1876 shoreditch, henry brn 1871 st lukes, john 1873 shoreditch and william brn 1878 shoreditch, possiblly more siblings, i have been told the family were jewish and as rosetta married outside of the jews her family never spoke to her again, rosetta married edmund gibbons 1890, i would love to find out if this story is true many thanks kim |
