Member Since: November 2003 Posts: 3 Send Message	My wife's grandfather was Ivor Thomas Bowditch, born 1913 near Pontypool, Wales. From his birth certificate I know his father was Henry Thomas Bowditch and mother was Emma Jane Lewis, this is where I am stuck, does anyone know of either of them?

Member Since: June 2005 Posts: 0 Send Message	Hi Nicholas I have a Mary Bowditch in my tree born in 1775 in Usk She married a Thomas Bayton in Trevithin which is 1/2mile from Pontypool I wonder if there is any family connection to your grandfather as I have no other information on her. I only found your message because I was browsing and I see from the date it was quite a while ago you were enquiring. Regards Clare

Member Since: July 2006 Posts: 0 Send Message	Hi, I'm the daughter of Douglas Joseph Bowditch who is the brother of Ivor born in Croesyceiliog Cwmbran. they had quite a lot of siblings and there's only one left and that Marg who lives in Devon . Any help I can give just let me know. Lesley
