Hi Val, No my gran is not alive now and much of what we have is second hand info. When she left her first husband she lost contact with her family as well. I beleive she was with David in the sixties and they were together until there deaths in the ninties. They also moved around a lot from cheshire to glasgow to london, brixham and north wales to name but a few places. Julie |

I am at a loss as where to start looking for my grandmothers marriages. She was born Ida Burrows and married a Dennis andrews in 1934. This marriage only lasted a few years and at some time in the future she married again and I do not have his name. This one did not last either in fact we are not even sure it took place. I do know that her third marriage was to a David Edward J Ricketts but have no idea when it could have been as I beleive they lived together for some time. Any advise as where to start. Julie |
