Hi Tracy. Just wondering if you can help me with this... William West born 13/01/1839. On the 1871 census, he is down as living at the 'Blackford Bridge Inn' Bury lancashire. With his aunt (sarah Hubbersly), his sister Ellen (born 10/09/1842) and his brother Thomas (born 29-9-1854). William is listed on this census as a 'painter'. I have been unable to find him on any census records after this date (owing to his very common name)!!! Any ideas? any help will be much appreciated. Thanks. Tina West

Tracy Me again..... Do you think you would be able to have a look for Samuel Mason & Co on the 1871 Census for the (probably) Woolwich area? Samuel should be with Lavinia as they married in 1866. They should have Samuel junior as he was born in 1868 and they may have my G.Grandmother Ada as she was born in 1870 in Plumstead. Thanks for your help and I promise I won't bother you again lol!!! Tracy, One last thing if you could... John's father is Joseph Lewis. Born 27th March 1848 in Birtley/Chester le Street, County Durham. Could you search for his death. Againdefinitely after 1901. His wife was Margaret Lewis nee Wilkinson, born1849, Easington, County Durham if you can find her too. Regards, Ben.

Tracy, I don't know if you can do much things with deaths or not, but not for the heavens can I find a death for John Orvens (Oroens) Loftus Lewis. He was born 1871 in Pelton, Chester le Street, definitely dies after 1901 though as he is on 1901 Census as John Lewiss. It is actually definitely after 1910 too as his last child is born circa 1910. Can you find it or not? Ben.
