Hi again just looked at the census again and its Frances senior in 1861 and Frances junior in 1891 which would explain the two wives. In the 1891 census t there is a Richard Todd twice strange. I can see this will be a confusing family to follow. Helen x

1891 is the son with his family.............I couldn't see Francis snr on there........... There is a marriage for Francis Albert in 1871.....but not to an Emma. I'll post it for reference............
