On the 1861 Census living at Witton le Wear Robert Hill, head Widower born 1811 Egton Yorkshire Elizabeth, dau, aged 17 born Scorby, Yorkshire. Matthew son, aged 16, born Scarbro Hannah, dau, aged 13, born Scarbro John, son, aged 11, born Grimston Robert, son, aged 9 born Grimston Any Help Appreciated. Maureen |

Hi All Could anyone do me a North Yorkshire Lookup Please. I have this family on the 1861 Census and they are living in County Durham I am looking for a Robert Hill born c 1811 at Egton Yorkshire and Wife Mary ?? Two children were born John 1850 and Robert 1852 in a place called Grimston, North Yorkshire. I am particulary interested in Their daughter Hannah who was born in Scarborough in 1848.
