MARILYN sorry I don't have any Turner's But for the other lady...can't remember her name....I DO HAVE (BRADY/BRODY) Louisa Matilda born 1875 baptised 1876 father's name is Thomas, Mum is Mary. I will give the full details if you would like them

EUNICE = Sorry no O'Dell's .....only one who's a close friend.....but you wouldn't want to be associated with her!! MARGARET FINCH = BRODY/BRADY Baptisms solemnized in JHELLUM, india Louisa Matilda . born 27/11/1875 baptized 15/03/1876. daughter of Thomas and Mary. occupation of father = subordinate Punjab northern state railway. BARBARA Carter names are on my family tree just out of interest. Carter's in India (only one's I have on me at the moment...to hand) Marriage Sophia (Blaney) CARTER (widow age 37, nee Middleton) to Alfred Miles KENYON( widower age 42) on 29/06/1885 William charles MIDDLETON-CARTER age 27, commercial traveler, son of Henry James CARTER or William CARTER to Norah Patricia BAKER age 16. At Dehra-Dun on 25/05/1905 If you need any further help please let me know, there are more Carter's linked to my family, but not on India records

EUNICE - soory I don't have any of them JAN - The only Bailey I have is that of the Baptism of Mildred who was the daughter of Christopher Samuel and Charlotte W BAILEY. in 1876. Lot's of Smith's (so common even in India !!!) None are for Richard. But I will post the Smith's just incase someone else is looking;- Arthur John SMITH (son of alfred) married Ida Florence in 1915 Josephine Kathleen, baptized in 1915, daughter of Berthie John and Allice Ballard SMITH Alick Le Flemming SMITH, and his twin brither Cilil Gordon SMITH were baptized in 1868, son's of Alexander and Rosabella Jane Openshaw SMITH Daniel Fraser (Leslie) SMITH , son of Mr D. SMITH , died in 1889 age 27 years Arthur (garkyns???) SMITH and Mansfield George SMITH were applicants in a will of a person who died in 1918 These Smith's were witnesses to the marriage of MURRAY and CLOUSTON in 1928 - Madge (H***sby), R (H***sby) and J (H***sby) Amelia Josephine SMITH, daughter of Alexander Thomas SMITH, married in 1885 Francis William SMITH was the witness at a wedding in 1851 If anyone wants full notes on the above please contact me directly Thanks

Hi Gemma, Noticed 'Baker' was listed. Are any of the following among your list of 'Baker' s? Cornelius Baker believed to be in the Gurkha regiment born approx 1802. His son William Baker b 1826 believed to be in the Royal Navy went to the East Indies where his son also named William Baker was born approx 1858 - All originally from tipton Stafford Thanks for looking, Regards Lou x

Thanks for the offer, Gemma. I'm interested in the marriage of Amelia Josephine Smith in 1885 which you mention here. Also interested in anything on her parents - Alexander Thomas Smith and wife (possibly Louisa). I think Alexander may have died mid 1870's -mid 1880's, but don't know for sure! Thanks Ann
