Its definely better than 1837online. You'll spend too much money finding people on that. Steve

Hello I Like the site very much, so far I have found some of my family that I have been searching for ages they are between 1911 and 1920. There have been hitches but the familyrelatives have reinbursed me. Only trouble that if you are viewing one page and click on the green back button it throws you off site. I think you are allowed 20minutes. I had terrible trouble downloading DjVu viewer my XP SP2 pack would not let a ActiveX control in. I just wanted to see the grey page views I did actually see a death page only the same details as were listed. Do you get more information on the other grey pages on family relations ? I have a few more credits to go. I cannot find my fathers birth or marriage and I have the certificates or his death so I suppose some are not completely transcribed. But I am so happy to find my fathers brother and my mothers sisters. Regards Pam

Lets hope they let you search the entire site that way, I'd much prefer to do that anyway. Too bad 1921-1983 isn't the same search type as 1866-1920, that is a shame though

Very impressed so far. Have found loads of rellies that it would have cost me a small fortune to blanket search on 1837. Agree with Karen though that the time-out can be a bit of a pain! Lou

I agree...the search & site are much better than 1837. One thing that bothers me is the timing. I think they give you 10 minutes . I tend to do other things & come back to the site......but my session has timed out & I have to log in again & search all over again. aghhhhhh

I was just wondering what everyones opinion was of the above website in question. I know that my opinion of it is increasing every minute. The best thing about the website is the 1866-1920 period of search that you can do. This is really useful, I have found alot of ancestors just in this way alone. Too bad the whole site couldn't work that way, as it would be useful to do that, don't you all think that would be good??? Tell me what you all think Steve
