Dear Sue, Due to your excellent information, I now have confirmation of my earliest known relatives Richard and George. Ottewell I was unaware of!! and this creates yet another source of research. Although I was born in Harrogate and know Burton Leonard, Bilton Riply, Hamsthwaite, I had noted Farnham as being in East Yorks and had not persued any research for this village. However now you have also given me yet another line of research. If it is not too much trouble and you have the time, if you could send the Farnham Dearlove information and I will try to tye them in with my known family and the Farnham Dearloves I already have. You have made me very excited in this quest. Thank you enourmously!! Alan

Hi Sue, Does your disks cover Bradfield at all? yes, its those Booth's again, lol. If so, would you be able to look for a marriage of Joseph Booth to a Martha, guessing it would be around the late 1700's early 1800's Thank you, Claire

Hi Sue Just wondering if you saw my earlier follow-up re: Riddlesdens? I know it's a lot to ask and will understand if you don't have time - can you let me know how to get hold of the West Yorks parish records ... I haven't worked out how to get at this information yet, and that's what's holding me back! Many thanks Su

Hello Sue, I,m not sure if I have enough info to enable you to do a search, this is where I,m currently stuck!!! I know HARRIET ABE married SAMUEL GORDON MCDAKIN in Sculcoates, Yorks on 27th Oct 1834. I strongly suspect that Harriets mother was a Probart. If this is not enough info to look for their births/Christenings I quite understand. Kind regards Kim.
