Pat, Could you please see if you could look for this family on 61 census: John Parr -a Tailor(master) Louisa Parr Walter Banks Parr born 1857 Bristol Only address i have is 27, Phippen Street, St Mary Redcliff, Bristol for 1857 but have already been told that they were not there in 1861. Hope you can help in some way but do understand that Bristol will be difficult to search. Thanks in advance, KAREN

Hi, Thanks for the offer. I would be very interested to see the Boroughs/Buroughs and Freeman families in Cirencester in 1841. And the Boroughs again in 1861 in Charlton Kings. Thanks, Gwynne

Many thanks for the offer. Another GC member kindly found me the below in 1851, if you could find them in 1861 I'd be very grateful. ST PAUL 169 KNIGHT Josiah Smith 30 Clerk at Vinegar Works Bristol KNIGHT Mary 34 Bristol KNIGHT Louisa 4 Bristol KNIGHT Reginald 1 Bristol KNIGHT Herbert 4m Bristol WRIDE ? Elizabeth Mother in Law Widow / Widower 63 Bristol WRIDE Sarah Cousin Spinster 81 Bedminster PRIGG Martha 18 Servant Gloucestershire St Georges If you also look for Josiah and Mary in 1841 I would be even more grateful. They weren't married in 1841 so Mary should be listed as Mary Louisa Wride, hopefully with mother Elizabeth as above, as yet don't know the father details. P.S. the family is still at St. Paul in 1871 at 10 Meadow Street so hopefully they won't be too far away in the other years. Many many thanks Lesley

Hi Patricia, Thank you very much for looking - they are "my" Godfrees although two of their daughters, Sarah Jane and Rebecca aged 14 and 12 must have been somewhere else on that night!! Caroline

Hi I'd be really grateful for a couple of 1841 lookups Ellen COLDRICK was in Kingsholme in 1851, she would in the 1841 have possibly son Charles aged about 8 and daughter Ellen aged about 5. Also looking for Richard Hodges CARTER and possibly his wife Ann Maria, he was in Bell Lane, City of Gloucester in 1833. He also had property in South Hamlet. These are my 3x great grandparents and the current bane of my life! If I can ever do anything for you in exchange (I'm in Cardiff) please let me know ... xxx Annie

I would be really grateful for any information about any GODFREES (sometimes GODFREY) in Great Rissington in 1841 but especially George and Mary and their offspring. I have their details from 1851 and 1861. Also any GILLETTS in Maugersbury. Thanks very much for your help. Caroline
