Hi I have a younger sister Patricia Anne Smith born 23.7.1949 although I am not sure where she was born - we moved around a lot as my dad was in the RAF. I don't know therefore if its the same person you are looking for but will contact her this week and ask her where she was born. There are 4 of us and we were born in different places.
