Can anyone help i am completly stuck now i am trying to trace a William Wood Boatman he had a daughter Sarah Ann b 1848ish in Bilston West Mids I have found a William b 1821 Wolverhampton occupation boatman but cannot find him on 1851 and 1861 so cannot link him to Sarah Ann has she married in 1868 anyone help regards Jane

Hi Nanny Sarah ann was b abt 1848 in Bilston Staffordshire she married a William Glover in 1868 in Dudley only know her dad was William because of wedding certificate it states his name and job has boatman and thats all i know Regards Jane

Anyone know of William Wood born in Staffordshire worked on the " Ellen of Twining" and had a daughter Sarah Ann ?
