Granville Report 18 Nov 2007 06:50

Hello Linda,
Read with interest your posting. I am also seeking Rochford ancestry so, hence the relpy. As far as I am aware, there were two distinct families living in the Oldham district around the time your refer. Namely my own, who apparently originated from County Clare Ireland and another family, unconnected but in existence, living at Oldham. Pate. Ratcliffe and Mills, are significant surnames in my lot! There are now, no members of my family living in the Manchester area.
Kind regards,
Granville.
