Member Since: October 2007 Posts: 50 Send Message	I got it from my mum whos grandma is SArah Simons. It could be spelt Simmons. I am going to get a copy of the birth certificate. But we think she is an illegitimate . I will try and find some more information about it tomorrow and let you know.Thank you for your help tonight it is much appreciated and i have found out alot.

	I don't know!! that's why I said it needs sorting out! The only Sara* Eggb* to turn up is that one on the 1881 Census. Then a Sarah Ann Eggboro is shown marrying in Peterborough, and Christopher Thompson is one of the two men. They turn up on the 1891 with three Eggboro children but not Kate BTW another Sarah Ann Eggboro married in December quartret 1891 in Bradford, Yorkshire to either John Walton or Albert Harry Woodcock, haven't chased them up yet. the Kate Eggboro Jones is suspicious! sylvia

	You cannot find out the father definitively anywhere EXCEPT by getting the birth certificate!!

	I can't find a marriage for Sarah to anyone called Simons. Is the surname the correct spelling? Do you know when Sarah died?

	There are a lot more Burton births in Peterbro between 1908 - 1912. but of course there is no mmn.
