i am trying to find out about my great aunt floss [ nee Golding ] who emigrated to Canada before i was born . she originated in tonbridge kent and had a sister Amelia who was my grandmother
the last address i had for her was Elginburg , Ontario
any information would be greatly appreciated

she was born in 1894 but don't know the year she emigrated
her husbands name was Edwin Wood
she died in 1985

Did she marry in Canada, die in Canada? From when approximately could she have left England, you say before you were born, which was when.

If she married in England, what was the date. It all helps to narrow it down.

Was Floss a nickname, if so what was her real name?

There is a tree on Ancestry Canada.....son Edward Ronald Wood born Ontario 1919 died 2004..the person with the tree is called mdwyer (or at least that is their profile name).

If you have membership you can e-mail that person..otherwise do you want me to ask them to contact you?
