Alexander Lang 1829 Scotland(can any one help)

Desperatly needing help in finding out Alexander Lang's parents names and any siblings
I have him in the census records from 1841 to 1901 but nothing before that.
He is listed as been born abt 1829 in Jedburgh Roxbrurgh Scotland
I know that he died in 1902 at the age of 73
He remained in Scotland untill 1901 and he diied in the Durham area while living with one of his sons
I know that he was married to Helen Buckham and that they had 6 children
So the help I need is for his parents and any other siblings.
