I'm afraid in my experience many of these records have been lost or destroyed over time. I know I found the ones I was looking for once had been destoyed. Derek have you checked all the court records have been destoyed in your case? I've heard that even when the court records have been destoyed, there are sometimes still 'registers' left which may hold some info. |

i sent an email to the local court but they said they dont hold the records, but didnt say where i could find them :OS |

In this country (and I assume in England) , Maintenance records are never destroyed. |
