Norfolk Records Offices - can anyone do a look up

Would anyone have some spare time to look up a surname in the AT & BTs at Norfolk Records offices.

I live too far from the offices to do further research and I have hit a brick wall about 18 months ago and would like to move further forward.

I have viewed the original parish records showing that the ancestors I am interested in, were living there in 1808 (Where I found their first child baptised).

I have references that my 3x & 4x gt grandfathers were both born there (IGI and family history book) but neither show up on the fiches. I have now found a reference (on an early census) to another son of my 3 x gt grandfather (he has the same name as his grandfather) having been born there also in 1806.

This makes sense as my 3xgt grandfather was married in Suffolk in 1804 and I thought that 4 years before their first child had been born was quite a long time period for he and his wife to have their first child - there may even have been more children whom I don't know about.

I have checked with the NRO that there are AT & BTs for prior 1808 and they do hold them but I cannot get there to look at them.

If anyone would kindly spare some time to take a look at them for me, I would be most grateful.

Regards
Dee

Hi Dee

Who is it you are looking for as I have some parishes of Norfolk on CD and will look for you?

I've used the lady on ebay that Neil is talking about and found her very good. She's found a lot of information for me.

Jo xx

Hello Jo and Neil

As I said previously, I have viewed the parish records, I just want someone to take a look at the ATs and BTs for Snetterton prior to 1808. Need to find my 3 x gt grandfather's baptism, any any family connected to him previous to that.

I am a bit reluctant to part with £10 (even though it is not much for the service) as it may not come to anything. I will have a think about it though!

I am interested in what records you have for Norfolk though Jo, as you may be able to help me with other lines in Norfolk.

Thanks
Dee
