I`m with you Margaret, the files and folders became too much,........ so got myself a 4 drawer filing cabinet, it keeps everything organised a lot easier.

10 lever Arch Files, 24 smaller files, inummerable plastic folders for large docs and smaller ones for other docs, a host of cardboard folders, many notebooks, 3 drawers of mostly sorted material and 1 drawer full of a particular family I am researching indepth, 3 shelves of Family History Mags and books, one bookcase with 3 shelves of Local History books, in fact one whole room turned over to FH and another going that way.

Oh yes I also have a FH programme on the computer with many CD's/DVD's

The Lever Arch Files are on their way out, being replaced by at present smaller files, but long term who knows..... The Lever Files have all burst and are far too heavy!
