The only Elliotts in Newport 1851 are the ones I posted so there is a strong chance that the eldest daughter is the mother.Only one way to find out,buy the cert.

You'd be best to get the B/C as this is the only one i can see in the 1861 and theres no dad

I am looking for the parents and siblings of
DAVID ELLIOTT [with 2 t's], born 1851 in Newport, Monmouth, Wales.
David was a mason on the 1881census so the chances are his dad was too.
Can anyone help please?
